LINK A JOB — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Link A Job (the “Site”) and services (the “Services”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Overview
Link A Job is a platform that lists job opportunities and allows job seekers to apply and employers to post positions. We may provide additional employer services (paid job postings, featured listings) under separate agreements.

3. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to work to register as a job seeker. Employers posting jobs must represent the hiring company.
- You are responsible for accurate information and for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Job Postings & Applications
- Employers are solely responsible for job content and compliance with applicable employment law. Link A Job is not the employer and does not hire on behalf of employers unless explicitly agreed.
- When you apply, you consent to share your profile, CV and uploaded documents with the employer(s) to which you apply. Employers may contact you using the details you provide.

5. Fees & Payment
- Job seekers: basic use is free unless otherwise stated.
- Employers: posting fees or premium services are charged per the pricing page or a separate agreement.

6. User Content
- You grant Link A Job a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use and display content you submit for the purpose of providing the Services.
- You must not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material you don’t own.

7. Privacy & Data Handling
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to processing and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy (including with employers).

8. Security & Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the Site (do not scrape, attempt to reverse-engineer, upload malware, or otherwise interfere with the Site).
- We may suspend accounts for breach or suspicious activity.

9. Disclaimers & Warranties
- The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that job listings are accurate, complete, or that any application will result in an offer.
- We do not vet every employer or candidate; employers must verify candidate qualifications. Use caution and diligence when proceeding with hires.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link A Job (and its officers/employees) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, nor for losses of profit, data or business interruption arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid to us in the prior 12 months (employer clients) or a modest statutory cap for job seekers as allowed by law.

11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Link A Job for claims, losses, liabilities and costs arising from your breach of the Terms or your use of the Site (including employer misuse of candidate data).

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach or for lawful reasons. Users may delete their own accounts; copies of certain records may be retained for legal/compliance reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property
All Site content, logos, graphics and software are our intellectual property (or licensed). You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Parties must seek to resolve disputes amicably; unresolved disputes may be brought before the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.

15. Modifications
We may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
